Scoping our work

We will work collaboratively with you to scope our work, to ensure it is focussed on your areas of concern and can be provided within your budget.

We start by scoping, pricing and delivering Phase 1. During this process, we work with you to identify the priorities for action and assess where our input will be most valuable for the rest of the project. Once we have delivered Phase 1, we use the results to plan and price Phase 2 and Phase 3.
