Phase 3: Planning & Implementation

We support and guide teams as they refine plans and implement improvements.

Our philosophy is that those plans must be owned by individuals within the organisation, and great progress is made when people make a start and learn as they go.

In areas that are core to our expertise we can work with you to assess the level of support and additional skills needed. Where we identify areas for support outside of our core experience, we suggest others with greater expertise (for example, leadership development coaching or mentoring, governance training, brand communications).
